Torah, Written on our Hearts - Travis Johnson

This week Travis brought us another message from our wisdom series as we explore the spirit of wisdom.

Reading from Jeremiah 17, 31 and Acts 2 Travis challenged us to think about an 'unconventional' wisdom that doesn't come from what is found in our learnings from books, or wisdom practiced through the tools we have at our disposal.

But where does this ‘unconventional’ wisdom come from? The theme of ‘Torah Written on our Hearts’ helps us respond to this question.

Understanding ‘Torah written on our hearts’ as the centre of who I am is an irrevocable expression of the heart of God, and helps us to see that wisdom isn’t so much learned, or practiced — it is embodied.
