This week, Dean brought us the final message message for May Mission Month, leaning into how we can put into practice what God has been saying to us throughout this time.
Looking at the theme of Working Together More Like Jesus, we engaged with the story in Mark 3:31-35 where Jesus uses the occasion of His blood family wanting to have a word with Him, to make the point that His Kingdom family are those who do what God wants, seeking God’s Kingdom.
Dean highlighted two main take home points - mission must always be about Jesus and His agenda, and that mission must be a partnership.
