Episode description

This week Llewelyn brought us the next message in our Wisdom series.

Reading from Matthew 5:27-30, we looked at Jesus' perspective on sexual desire as we reflected on the law against adultery in the ten commandments.

Llewelyn leaves us with the following questions to consider:

  1. What is the Spirit saying to you about your own heart? (Spirit Drawn & Led)
  2. What do your behaviours reveal about your heart and who you are? (Growing Down)
  3. What changes do we need to make to protect our hearts? What do we need to "tear out" or "cut off"? (Character Formation)
  4. How can you look upon people as images of God instead of objects of desire? (Moral Imagination)
  5. How can God's intention for sexuality help us to see a path forward for our own sexuality? (Fear of the Lord)
