Dr. Lee has a diverse background having played baseball at the UC San Diego and independent baseball. Professionally, he has worked with teams and athletes from the NCAA Division I, II, III, high school, youth and professional levels. He also has experience in working with military personnel on how to handle the mental challenges of combat environments. He wrote his dissertation on Effects of Sport-Specific Mental Imagery on Collegiate Athletes Confidence after an Orthopedic Injury, which is particularly relevant this year as we have seen changes at the college and professional levels with stops and starts as well as shortened ramp-up time.
