This time requires letting go of addictions in order to clear my roots of stagnate energy. Currently I am in the solar plexus point of my root chakra healing/expression. I’ve been around cannabis since the age of 3, or maybe even earlier. I began personal use in my early 20’s and have been under the influence of everyday usage for about 7 years now. That’s over 2,555 days with weed lol. I personally love the plant so right now I am quitting so I can be of clear mind to achieve my root chakra goals for myself and family. Also after realigning my chakras and learning my sun sign represents the throat chakra; I realized in order to express myself truthfully when I reach the throat and 3rd eye chakra points of my root work, I would have to let go of all the things that doesn’t serve me well so I can be of better service to myself and others. What you are witnessing is my self-therapy via arts & wellness regiments as a means of chakra support. By doing what I’ve always wanted to do in my youth (create); I am able to connect with my inner child and began the healing process outside of the arts. That’s where the wellness comes into play with making decisions like quitting cannabis consumption and replacing my bad habits with better ones such as recording podcasts and sharing my life progress.
