Throughout life, we accumulate a wide spectrum of emotions, both positive and negative, which can become trapped within our bodies without even realizing it. These unresolved feelings manifest as knots in our muscles, tension in our breath, and heaviness in our hearts. However, through mindful awareness and gentle guidance, we can begin the process of unraveling these emotional knots and setting ourselves free.
