This can be done whoever the exploiter is, even if it's a parent or a spouse who you feel stuck with, and it can be done without a confrontation or showdown. covertly without the exploiter even realising. You don't have to 'grow a backbone', or 'stand up for yourself', you can insinuate no without actually saying no. Stay just as you are and let's form a plan-of-action so you can live a joyful life 'wimp style'!
