Episode 10 - Inner Child wound - Self Betrayal

In this episode i felt compelled to talk about an inner child wound called "self-betrayal" - often we can be silenced as a child, or told we are "too much" by our care-givers. We then carry this forward to adulthood not always understanding where this wound comes from. There are various factors around this of course but recognising it to yourself now is the first step to healing your inner child from this wound.
