Riding the Wave!

I've learned that life is a lot of riding the wave.  When life is good...appreciate it!  When times are bad, know it's temporary.  I'll share my thoughts on how riding the wave helps me get through difficult times.  Also, what's been happening in the nest since starting the podcast.  Plus, a new remote segment.  Thank you for listening.  Enjoy.
