23. My Breast Explant Journey: Changes 6-months Post Op

After 6-months after my breast implant removal surgery, I share with you my experience and changes I have noticed.

Sorry if TMI - I talk about the reconstruction process and scarring, as well as the emotional journey that I have been through. I reflect on the impact of the surgery on my self-image and also relationships.

Aside from the obvious physical changes, I talk into the physical improvements post-surgery including improvement in my skin and brighter eyes.

I emphasize the importance of trusting oneself and listening to your intuition. Overall, I feel happier, more connected and at peace.
