She shares with me her struggles with mental health largely due to the loss of her wonderful Mum at a young age. Single mother of 2 little boys she is finding isolation very challenging.

A few sound issues due to recording outside and her playful canine pals but aside from this you get to find out a little more about this very humble lady and she tells me things which she says she has never broadcast before so that's a true honour.
