A Question Of Confidence - what's it all about? Here's a little introduction (complete with annoying echo effect, sozza, could not work out how to get it off!!)

In this series I'm going to explore that little chap we call Confidence - an elusive and at times slippery customer but well within your grasp.  Life throws us curve balls that can knock it from time to time and my goodness we've had an avalanche of those in the last couple of years but that doesn't mean that your Mojo is beyond your reach.  I want to find out from my guests what helps them to feel, or at least look more confident when they wake up feeling like climbing back under their 13 tog!  Tips, tricks, strategies are here for the taking and I just so hope that you will cherry pick the golden nuggets that could well work for you to get you back in the game and upping your confidence so that you can get out there, facing your audience and shouting YOU and your BIZ from the rooftops.
