Episode 9: Troy pt 2

Don't worry, even though I offend Troy by publicly calling him my friedn, he decided against pressing charges. Kidding aside, in this episode we get a second look at the life and titles of my friend Troy, a man who has made a career of being a civil servant to communities and countries alike. We learn from his time in Asia, Africa, post-Katrina New Orleans, and even him as brother and uncle.
