You don't agree with me? You're a hater! You don't think like me? You're a hater! You asked me a critical question? You're a hater. You didn't compliment my shoes, my dress, my favorite entertainer, my job, my travel plans? You're a HATER!

These days everybody is a hater. (Yes, even you) The word "hater" is thrown around and used so loosely but what does it even mean to be a hater? And when and why did everybody become one? Mary J. Blige said "no more hateration", then came a bunch of rappers saying "hi, hater!" and people looking for validation based on how many haters they have. Join us on the couch as we look critically (aka are haters) at hater culture that has taken over social media and American culture as a whole. Grab a glass, grab a friend, and join us on the couch.
