Each February, the Lititz Fire & Ice event attracts thousands. They come for the ice sculptures, food trucks, chili cookoff, live music, and fun. However, it will obviously look a lot different this year. In this episode, we talk to Jason Burkholder, who is one of the organizers of the Lititz Ice Walk – a 2021 rebranding of this popular event. We learn a little bit about his background and career, and he explains what attendees can expect this year at this event amid COVID-19 restrictions.
