EP 124, Amber Sander, A Frayed Knot*

Amber Sander has a beautiful family with three children. She and her husband, Joe, have been married for twelve years. They are raising Evelyn, Dahl, and Sylvia. Sylvia was born with a rare complication of having no arms and short femurs of different lengths. This was discovered during ultrasounds and created some anxiety of what life would look like for her. However, Sylvia is a beautiful and creative almost-five-year-old now! She is thriving with help from The Little Lighthouse School and much support from her family. Amber says it is our job as parents to nurture the mind, heart, and soul of our children. This conversation is a great reminder of God's sovereignty in every situation, and how sweet it is to trust in Him no matter what.
