Sarah Hall is a counselor, yoga instructor, and an inspiring Christ-follower. She is married to worship singer, Charlie Hall! She tells us that God has a timing for revealing our trauma to us and we need to be compassionate with ourselves. God is always going to move toward you, not shame you.
