Glenn was going to sneak in and originally he was just going to blatantly walk straight through the middle and stealth , because he has awesome stealth because he was using Pass Without Trace . Um , so monty does a huge distraction and then he attracts one of the guards . So one of the guards runs off and Monty changes . I can't remember . Did you start off as a tabaxi and change into a dwarf , or did you do it ?

So then Nines goes up and tells the other guard that he wants him to punch him in the face . But a cool feature of the monk that is nines , they can't hit him like some kind of pacifist thing .

Yeah , tranquility . It gives me sanctuary , meaning they have to pass a wisdom saving throw in order to attack .

So he did that , and so one of them tried to punch or no one of them they . They didn't punch him . They ended up not punching him um but , he tried did anybody ever punch you ?

no , monty tried to punch him too tried several times yeah , uh , nines kept going around saying , hey , punch me in the face , bet you can't , because of the tranquility and sanctuary thing , and nobody was able to make the roll .

So meanwhile Glenn sneaks in , sneaks up to the second floor and drops a rope down from the window and all this stuff is going on , and I'm pretty sure we almost didn't make the whole sneaking in thing because Nines was still trying to get people to punch him in the face , that's correct , which was kind of humorous , uh .

We fought a bunch of flesh golems and other stuff .

Oh yeah , we went into this room and there was a disappearing guy that kept turning invisible that we couldn't find and then thought he was a big bad . But then it was Glenn . Right , glenn , just friggin' one-shotted him .

It was the guy we were looking for , Darcy Dory .

So we fought the flesh golems , we killed all the flesh golems , we killed all the flesh golems and then we tried to stop the guy . We're going to question him , but he ended up not being very strong . That wasn't Dory , was it ? That was Dory ? Okay , well , dory is no more . We killed him , correct , dory ?

Yeah , glenn thought he was going disable this guy and it turns out that he was a Mr Weakpants .

You kind of left off , but we got the stuff , yeah , you found a bunch of stuff .

The last thing that happened was monty opened a mahogany box that was on the table and he started going through , and the first thing he pulled out was a map showing the location of Thasador's temple .

That's why Glenn freaking killed him because Glenn took damage . He doesn't like taking damage .

It's actually attached to this shoreline on this side of the , the sea of the crystal deep so it's not in deadpelt shadows , is what you're saying ?

So , after skimming the book , you do see that Therizdun , though he doesn't normally manifest himself in the material world , he does . His followers summon him by allowing him to touch another creature on this side of the plane . So it normally gives that creature superior strength .

Um , like there's dude , when he summons an avatar and comes and joins the world , he causes all kinds of chaos , and and not the good kind of chaos that we do , like the bad stuff , where you know people die . Well , I guess people die when we do it too , but you know , when things come up , miss no , that too . Well , you know what I mean .

I agree , although you know , we initially set out to lend a hand to Mors' mother in Deadpelt Shadows .

So based off the information that you have and from what you see in front of you , you can reasonably determine that whoever was the Lantern Ghost had to stop at some point , whether it was because of Mr Dory or one of his associates , and Mr Dory's task was to find somebody to continue that killing so that they can feed the young one .

So if we need to still search out more evidence to clear Jarmi's name , where should we go next ?

What's the paper say , or what is written on the paper ?

I don't see anything . Hopefully . The piece of paper is a series of spirals and , glenn , you immediately recognize it as the same spirals you saw in Jarmi's cell , the spirals on spirals . I'll drop a quick picture of it in here , and so you recognize that , whatever is happening , jarmi is at least associated with Therizdun to some sense .

You said , though , that this is in the next letter or in the book .

This is the next piece of paper . Piece of paper . Yeah , it is torn on the edges and it looks frayed , but it does look like a circle that is spiraling inward , with more spirals going out from there . Drop it in the chat . Boom .

And we determined that this is kind of a symbol of something to do with either . Was it an Aboleth thing ?

This is the symbol of Therizdun , and Therizdun is known as the god of Aboleths , also known as the Chained One . Some people associate him with deep sea monsters such as krakens .

Is he ever called the Whisperer ?

Okay , all right . So this looks like that drawing that we saw in Jarmi's cell , and it's also a symbol of Therizdun Therizdun the Whisperer , the chained one . So I think this is just indicating to us that this is still something to do with Therizdun . And what is the ? I'm sorry , I'm not going to walk over other people . Anybody else have thoughts ?

Mors picks up the book . Mors , you pick up the book and inside is a handwritten and you die . Inside is a oh sorry . The cover is written in a combination of Abyssal and Infernal . It jumps back and forth between the two languages . But obviously you understand it because you have comprehend languages .

So for the listeners the picture looks like a spiral kind of , with tentacles coming off of the spiral .
