Session 1: Weekend Retreat São Paulo, Brazil

Session 1 began Friday night in São Paulo, Brazil with 2 songs sung by Svava with guitar accompaniment by Susannah (translated beforehand by Juliana). David shared the theme for the night: the impossibility of attack, with a context and description and practical examples. The talk focused on putting full attention on the Present Moment. There was a digital audience on Zoom and an in-house audience at the Yoga Center (digital space and yoga space), and questions alternated from each. David addressed questions about panic and physical symptoms, a challenging mother/son relationship, and difficulty staying with the Course while going blind and dealing with the suicide of a brother.
