David opened up talking about the title of the retreat "The Gift of Happiness" and the meaning of gifts to the Holy Spirit and to the ego. The world of linear time-space was made in hate/rage as a distraction from Mind. The world was made to be mindless. Healing requires the recognition that the mind, not the body, is the decision-maker. And this recognition costs the whole world you see.

Frances talked about transcending roles and false responsibility, using examples of family relationships. The purpose and application of expression sessions was also discussed in detail in preparation for tomorrow's groups.
