Often, we think it would be nice to live a peaceful life, but when we try to control the aspects of the world that we think bring about peace, we find it doesn't work. It's very frustrating to try to control the world. So allowing deeper hurts to surface for healing is of the utmost importance.
Stuffing and repressing things out of people pleasing. Keeping private thoughts and secrets to hide the HURT will not work if you want peace.
We need to let the darkness in our minds and past memories surface into awareness so we can become fully aware of them before we can let them dissolve in the Light.
