113 How to create a worst case scenario plan

It’s my first solo show for a while and I was inspired by member of the Corporate Escapees Facebook page to do an episode about making a Worst Case Scenario Plan.

When you stand on the precipice of a big decision all the fears come bubbling to the surface. But they swill around in your brain in a mess of half finished thoughts and cause you to feel paralysed.

Even if, despite these fears, you take action steps, you lose out on the joy of this phase of the journey because you’re so worried about what you’ll do if it all goes wrong.

Which is why I want to explain to you how to make a Worst Case Scenario Plan.

In this way you get those fears out of your head and on to paper and start working through them step by step. Once you know what you’d do in the worst case you’re free to focus on success!
