February is LGBT+ History Month.
I kick start this month by talking to Phillippa Scrafton (Pips) who is a Programmes Officer from Stonewall Scotland and she supports all the Diversity Champions in the North East of England.
I considered it important to talk about Stonewall and the work they do and have done (and continue to do) to ensure that LGBT+ people are accepted, included and are allowed to be themselves at work and in life.
