Ketanji Brown Jackson is not the “first” Black Woman nomination to the Supreme Court. Sen. Joe Biden, blocked the very 1st Black Women nomination. Judge Janice Rodgers Brown in 2003, was nominated by President George W. Bush. Senator Joe Biden (D) took it personal, went on Face the Nation and a National Tour to expressed concerns about her background. Biden threatened and assured this will not happen. She (Judge Janice Brown) was filibuster for 2 Years, because of the color of her skin. Now, the American people must forget about the past? “NOT”!
