Judge Janice Rodgers Brown in 2003, was nominated by President George W. Bush. Senator Joe Biden (D) took it personal, went on Face the Nation and a National Tour to expressed concerns about her background. Biden threatened and assured this will not happen. She (Judge Janice Brown) was filibuster for 2 Years, because of the color of her skin. Now, the American people must forget about the past? “NOT”!
