why does this sprite taste like a bag of sugar? And Tea was like, well, you do know how much extra sugar they added? Has a lot more sugar bro dream in fifty six grams of extra sugar added. I literally stopped drinking. And when I when I read that, we we cared about the I'm just I'm just trying to keep my clothes level down. Old, that's old. Told that you told that is old. I'm just trying to keep the clats dad. I ain't trying to be a diabetic man.

I'm trying to do right, trying to live a long life. Man. Well, the reason I brought this up because i'd well, I did just have a can of mount due that cannamount had less sugar than the sprite. Did you know it didn't? Yes, it did by a lot. That's the first thing I looked at. I needed the caffeine every time, everybody, every time I think about drinking, and just plain mountain dude.

They just gonna fall off from the jump. They're bad. The Brewers with won again yet preseason. I I don't expect this to win. I'm just saying, like you said, four every year we start off high and then right around Aucust we're like, okay, okay, okay, break we die get to this NBA. But yeah,

let's go ahead and get started with Bucks talk. We watched they. First of all, they beat the Suns today one nineteen nine. Really they scored ten more points, Yes, they did in the leading score. This is the surprise part. Bobby Portis came Bobby. He came with thirty one ten five five from three points off the bench thirteen yep, thirteen for twenty for three for field goals. Right, but he was five for five for three point range. Uh. Damian Little came behind him with thirty one and Middleton

on his return at twenty two. So this is an all around good game for the Bucks with Nis yep. Now here's the thing. If jud had a good game too, though Jake Crowdy didn't have a good and he had eighteen eighteen four for six. The Bucks as a whole was shooting fifty eight percent from three point round. But that's when they're dangerous, exactly. But when they ain't hitting And I thought because they missed the first two to three point I was like, oh, this is one of them games. But

then they started lighting up in the second quarter. Now to here's the thing. We should have blew him in About twenty they cut it down to ten, and then that kind of reeled us back in and then it was even down to five, they became five or six? What are you? What is your overall feel going into By the way, I was gonna put the zire. Kevin Durant had eight points, hit eleven, one for three, four fifteen for field goal range, one for three with three point range.

But it was Bill. You also got to mention this here, oh dame. It was the first Bucks ever with thirty points and fifteen assists in the game. It but all hitting all those threes a help. Yeah. So I'm gonna say this as a Bucks fan against a team in the Western Conference, I am very happy about this win. But let's celebrate, but let's not hold on too tight because for two reasons. First of all, I'm gonna say this, other than Yannis, Bobby Portis is the most consistent player

on the Bucks recently. Since the All Star Break, he has been the most consistent player he is averaging a double double off the bench, a high double double, and he doesn't even play that many minutes. Right He sat most of the third quarter, most of the first quarter. And so Bobby Port's is if he can stay consistent, we are in good shape. But here's my problem. I am afraid to admit this, but I believe that there may be a chemistry issue between Yannis and Lillard because when they're on the

court together, it feels like Dane doesn't have that spark. Isn't he does? I've seen it. I'm gonna tell you what it is. What Middleton when you need someone to stop the bleeding. Because when the Bucks were struggling with a basket, you can give Middleton the ball in a half court and he can create his own shot. Yeah, he has a nice turn around. He got a midrange jumper. He also can step out to the three.

Middleton make is the difference. He takes off pressure off of Dame, and he also takes pressure off of Yiannis because now you can't double Dame. Now you can't double Yiannis because you know Middleton, you can't leave him open. I don't think he would have had twenty two who uh, Middleton, I can see that. I don't think Bobby has thirty three. That's true. I get that. I can see Middleton still having his Beyonnis doesn't I

mean Bobby doesn't have thirty three tonight. Oh you know what's funny? And I think Jay Crowder doesn't get his eighteen. He gets about ten to twelve. He barely, he barely gets minutes, and he didn't play in the third quarter and he still ended up with almost twenty. Let me ask you this question, because I noticed this the Bucks bench. If you what are because let's say, if we have an eight man rotation, what are you looking at as far as off the bench, as far as give me your

five man rod, five guys off the bench? Or who are critical to this run and going into the playoffs for the Bucks? Pat Conington, So who, let's let's figure this out. Who's the starters? Who are gonna put as the starters off the bench for the Bucks for the playoffs? Middleton, Middleton, Middleton, Dame brook Brook. It's either got to be a Crowder or Beasley Beasley Beasley, So then you got a Crowder past Bobby.

Pat Green said Pat twice, Oh, Patton and Pat bed Oh, okay, Pat Bell, I'm sorry Pat, and Pat Crowder, Bobby and probably Green or Gallinari. So this is okay, I forgot about Gollinard. He didn't even get in and get in today. And to your other point, but bow Champ is now on an active roster. He is not. Now here's the thing about bowl Champ. Bow Champ was hurt today. That's why he wasn't on an active roster. But he has been going on. He's

not even listed on the Bucks official roster on the team page. Oh, because he's over in Glee killing it. But everybody liked Aj Green for some eyeball reason. Tell me why. Because he tends to be a sharpshooter. He sort of reminds me of a of an off brand Mark Price. When he's fired, he's a that ball's going in. But when he cold man,

he cold? Is he a difference makers up? So when I look at AJ Green, I look at a player that can come in the game to help a lade stay, but it has to be a strongly So is he kind of like a like a and the Steve Kerr kind of role where he where you need him to knock down some shots. Steve Kerr made things happen. Steve Kerr was the point and shooting guard. Steve Kirk balked the

ball up. Sometimes Steve Kerr created openings or he was always open. So I wouldn't quite say Steve Kerr. I'm thinking he was green is open too, that's what he does shots. Who's the guy in Miami Duncan dun if you need a couple hot ones here or there. But here's the thing. The Bucks problem is consistency, right, They're not across the whole league though, Yeah, nobody is really as consistent. Lets you the Superstar and even then, but as a team, I'm talking about consistent teams, there's none.

Look at the records. The record speaks for themselves. Consistent I just said for the Superstars. Yeah, well even Boston their Boston's players aren't assistent. Jason Tatum is not consistent. No, he has the best record in the league for a reason. Insistent, he's not. He's Jason Tatum will score thirty or forty and then score nineteen. Jason tamis consistent. That's not he's not. He's very not. Yourew Holliday will score seventeen today, Dan

score to tomorrow for the next week. Yeah, okay, let me. It's the question, y'all say anything Like I said, then, how it is the number one team in the league right now because they have a great bench. Their bitch is horrible. Their bench is not that bad. Their bitch is not that bad. And I'm not saying that three players off the hold tight. I'm not saying that Boston is that that that means they're bad. It just means we see games where Jaylen Brown and Jason Tatum aren't giving

you the superstar resume during the game. They're giving you role player vibes. And that's okay because Dame does it too. Dame scored thirty one to night. He's subject to score eleven tomorrow. Very true. That's all I'm talking about. Inconsistent. That doesn't mean they're bad. It just means that there is no players out here in Kesey's point that will give it to you every night except for Joker. Joker is about the most consistent. Even Gianni's has

some inconsistent games. Not many. Oh he does, but not many. Joe Grass has some low games where he has like twelve fourteen points. Yeah, but they're still a double double does too though, so Jannis gets his double double every night. So then there's no exemptions to players having off dates. Everybody has them now. Yeah, so I like but that's but that's always been a part of the game. It's just more noticeable now because we

get to see more games. Yeah. I like the I like to win for the Bucks, especially against Phoenix because we beat them for the title. And as much as I like Devin Booker as a player, I hate Devin Booker when he plays the Bucks because he's a cry baby, a borderline cheater. I think Devin Booker is the biggest CRABA in the NBA. Doesn'tbody talk about it him and Chris paul I will say this, Devin Booker is the

only person left from that final team that was very interesting. Why think that interesting because I feel like they had something there and they didn't They traded it off for KD that one, that's the one thing. But number two, I feel like they had something there and they But the year after they went into the Bucks, I think uh Luke Dallas put them out. I think

the year after that something else happened. So like it's it's like they they fired Monty and then they, uh, they fired Monty and they picked the player over him, which is DeAndre Aiden, and then they traded eight in a year later. I'm like, what was the point of trade eight? I mean it was the point of firing Uh Monty Williams. Loca got paid, he did, so It's just one of the things I just felt like that. He sure does when he's not injured. And so my thing is. But yeah, this is to me, the difference was like KD wasn't getting off and then but can we say that's because of defense, because the Bucks played a great defensive game too, except the first quarter. The first quarter of the defense was like this. This is what I say to that if KD wanted to, he could have scored thirty on us, if he wanted to, because he hit some tough shots. Not necessarily, no thirty easily easily.

Every shot he took he made. But like I said, I don't think he was feeling it today. He only he only took ten shot attempts. He only took ten, and I think he was one for three for three point range. Graycey Allen took fourteen shots. He was eight for fourteen d six eleven out of eleven. Three. Deavin Booker was zero for five for three point range. So White is the starter, Hoarf isn't the start. It's porzingis Tatum Brown, Holiday White? Everybody else come off the bench.

So you mean Taym's starting at five? I mean four? Yep, Tatum Brown got the four. Oh I don't like, but you gotta remember they six eight, six, nine, both of them. Tatum saw but today's fours, that's true, they can guard them. It must be that gotta be a michmatch for the for the typical four, that's a missmatch for Jason Tatum. numbers. That's why he getting his numbers. This is a match. This is gonna be either mitchmach for him or it's gonna be a Mitch Maac for Brown. You mean tell me when they play the Bucks and they're fully they're fully capacity, they're gonna put Jason Tatum at the four. They played the full roster. When they played the sixers, it was Brown, Tatum, Porzingis, Holiday, White, Houser, Horford, Pritchard, Cornet, Set, everybody else came off the bench. I don't like that. I don't

like that. I actually I don't like that. I'm gonna say that. But they created a Mitch Match automatically to start the game, because how many fours can actually guard Tatum? Right? But I'm saying on the defensive end, Janna should be having his way with Jason Tatum. No, because they put Jason Tatum can hold his own though. But see that's what they now Jason. Listen. Just because a player can hold his own doesn't mean the other players not good. You know what I mean? Players held their own

against Mike, Reggie Miller, John Starks, Joe Dumars. They held their own. Jordan still did Jordan's but they can help. They held their own. Dominique. Okay, Jason Tatum can hold his own. It just means John's gets the best of them. M uh casey, how are you feeling about the Bucks in this lineup? The Bucks in they lineup because I'm talking about the bench, because I feel like the bench is gonna be something that we're gonna to look into going into the going into the playoffs. I think

as long as Middleton is back, the Bucks are tough. I think our Achilles is not having Middleton. And as you've seen like today, even having Middleton back without Giannis is a difference makers for the Bucks. He's a he's your perfect half court offense. He can run the pick and roll, you can throw it to him on the block, or you can have them spot up and shoot in a half court. If you can do them three, you can get them three things from one person. You got a mismatch,

that's true. Because anybody who's guarding him cannot double down, which opens up lanes for Giannis, which opens up lanes for Dame. You know what I'm saying. So Middleton is our key to win in another championship, even though I said trade Middleton. But the only reason I said trade Middleton is because of what we're going through with him right now. Jury prone. It wasn't what he's capable of doing. It was every time I turn a round he

injured, true, So that what was killing us? Like you need him. He's our half court offense. So do you think because I feel like this the Bucks, especially Gianna's being hurt Yiannis has an injury that is kind of lingering and it could linger into the playoffs. Do you think we can with a healthy Middleton? You take our Giannis out the equation. With a healthy Middleton, let's say Eastern Conference finals. Can he get us to the

Eastern Conference Finals? No Middleton? No Middleton and Dame together, Yep, no, simply because between the two of them there's not enough consistency. I'll say this, Giannis doesn't have to be one hundred percent, he can be seventy five. I don't want him seventy five though, that's what I'm saying. But as long as Jeannie is seventy five, he'll play. Are you saying we good with him seventy five? Though? That's when I'm valid with him. I mean we won the championship with him seventy five. So he

didn't play because of a hamstring injury. Of a hamstring injury and hammis are not super aggressive, they're not, but they can't linger. You just gotta you just gotta let him wrestle. That's probably why he didn't come to the game. He probably just rested today. So coming up, like if you don't rest it, it would just it would like you say, it wouldling want to get naggy coming up Wednesday? The Bucks played the Celtics this Wednesday.

This Wednesday, the Bucks played the Celtics in Boston. I would I would guarantee Yann is suiting up for that right if they played this Tuesday against the Boss and Sol Wednesday. Wednesday's probably why he didn't suit up. They're playing that's a game on National TV, that's on ESPN. Uh. They played Thursday against Brooklyn, so they got a couple back to backs. Then they play at home next Sunday against the Oklahoma City Thunder and then the Lakers.

The Bucks. Literally, there's twelve games left. One two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. There's there's fourteen games left, and and and in terms of home games, there's the season ends at seven home games. Season ends in April, though, right April fourteenth is the last game of the season. We got like a month of basket. How many home games left? Seven? I gotta get my bully in the game. They got one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, eight home games left.

Eight. Let me ask you this question. Right now, the Bucks are sitting at the two seed out of these four teams, because these are the fourteens playing for the playing and you know, the winner of the playing that gets the seventh seed and then the A seed. Who don't you want the Bucks to play the Pacers. I'm gonna tell you who. The four though, seventy six ers, Miami, Chicago, Atlanta. We could beat all those, We could beat all those. Heat is tricky. We can beat

the Pacers. So if you ask me, I wouldn't want to see him in the first round. That is what I'm saying. I don't want him to work that hard. The Pacers don't want to see us first round because the dude who always have a career night on us just had a season ending injury, Terrese Taliburton. I forget it, macclan, macclans, Oh did he He's been having a career game on us every time he played us. Every game he played us, they do make him look like an All star.

I could see perhaps Boston getting involved for Jimmy getting that I want to see Jimmy here, No, I don't. I wouldn't mind seeing Jimmy here. I'm not gonna lie. I mean for for for Middleton and some change I know

who are getting rid of. I don't know, but it wouldn't be. All I'm saying is the Miami Heat when they have their first round exit this year, I am predicting the Miami Heat made part ways with Jimmy Butler. Well, first of all, I say that they'll make the playoffs. They'll make the play in the play Jimmy ben mediocre this year. Jimmy has not been great. He's not been super very mediocre as y'all say. He's been very medio. Jo is also at that point where he can turn into playoff

Jimmy. And that's what I'm saying. Maybe Uncle Jimmy slowing it down during the season and then waiting to the playoff the ton it up exactly all the way through, because that's the only thing that kills him in the playoffs.
