people really that young? Or did basketball just come to them late? Who made you love basketball? Honestly, it was Scottie Pippet. It was Scottie Pippen. Basketball came to me in the late eighties, early nineties. You think about those Jordan years, we were what six seven years old? Think about it ninety ninety nineties, but we were nine twelve. Jordan's started winning tail so we were eight. You know what I'm saying, we were young?

What is you? I can't That's a good number one. I like that question, you know what, because I answered this question first, but I asked you. I'll ask y'all have an opportunity to think about it. What is your earliest memory of basketball? Mine is Jordans versus to Portland Trail Blazers. I don't know what finals. It was ninety one. He had six straight three and he did the shrug. I remember that because I was outside playing basketball with somebody's son and I came in because I scraped my knee

and I just came in to see his last one. He So that was my earliest um basketball memory. So is that what is that. The player that makes you fall in love with basketball, is it Jordan? Is Jordan? Definitely Jordan. So for me, it was my earliest memory of basketball, believe it or not. Was we were in middle school, you know. Uh, I think Zeke and I have a year on KEC. I think we were in seventh Parade Malcolm Mexic Academy and the Bucks had a day

game. It was very rare, but in the nineties they would do day games that we had a day game, and I remember watching Todd Day. He was like our superstar at the time, but he was a mediocre player at that and the Bucks even back then sucked so bad. Blue Edwards, Frank Burkowski, and Eric Murdock all on this team. So that's my memory. But the player that made me fall in love with basketball was really Scottie Pippen because when you're young, like eight nine years old, you don't realize

back then who Michael Jordan was. So I saw Scotty. I'm like, why does everybody like Mike Scottie's the best player? You asked, you know, CB and MB they'll tell you, man that I used to think Scotty was better than Michael. It wasn't until my teenage years into that mid ninety frame, like ninety six, that second three pet, but I realized this Michael Jordan, dude is the real deal. But I wrote the Scottie Bandwagon four years before I embraced Michael as the goat. So for me, it

was Scotti. I'm gonna be honest. Scottie Pippen was mine too. I wore Scottie Pippen in elementary fourth and fifth grade basketball team. I wore thirty three for Scottie Pippen. That was my favorite player of all times. Yeah, all the way. I was not a fan of Jordan until they won

that championship, the Portland Series when he went off. And now we're too young for the magic for the But my, my, my, my earliest memory, it's probably being at the Bradley Center and watching, like you said, Todd Day, Eric Murdock, Rich Todd Day, and I didn't start paying into the bucks until it was uh And I used to Vince Carter, not Vince I'm sorry, Vince Baker, Ben Baker. But watching Big Dog play is what because he was like butter he was. I'm telling you back then, if you didn't follow him, it was cash money mid range mid range. If you didn't follow him,

it was no money. I didn't know what you know. I still we're still kind of young and big dogs around, so I didn't know, Like you can't really pinpoint oh miss mid range, he's he has an art to the mid range. But now you look back, like mid range, he's top top five oh yeah, top five mid range shooters of all time. In fact, back when Big Dog used to play, they used to say

he was the best mid range shooter in the game.
