Kat Pearce is a sales representative for Jordan Lake Brewing Company. Michelle Miniutti, along with Ellen Joyner, and Jackie Hudspeth own Bombshell Brewery in Holly Springs. Bombshell Brewery is the first women-owned microbrewery in North Carolina. And, Jaime Firth is Assistant Brewer with Cotton House Craft Brewers in Cary. The Pink Boots Society was created to assist, inspire and encourage women beer industry professionals to advance their careers through education, and to support the members to advance their beer careers through education.
