919 Beer: “Live at White Street Brewing Company”

How does a craft brewer walk the fine line between introducing new beer creations and giving the public what they want? In this week’s 919 Beer Podcast, Joe Ovies, Adam Eshbaugh and Wayne Holt travel to White Street Brewing Company in Wake Forest to find the answer to just that question.  Owner Dino Radosta has been brewing and BOTTLING beers since 2012.  White street is known for Kolsch German Ale, which won the 2014 World Beer Cup Gold Award,  Hoptimist IPA and Relaxsession session IPA.  Recently, they introduced Poolside, a lite summer lager in a can that you can take places bottles aren’t allowed.  Adam, Joe and Wayne are then joined by Jason Faulkner and Will Haddock of White Street who, along with Radosta, discuss the challenge of satisfying public demand while keeping things creative on their end.   Learn more about your ad choices.
