Crazy game Bucks Win at one eighteen one ten in Milwaukee. Brian celt with you from sixers dot com. Let's join Brett Brandon progress. I do look at it as a way to help sell what we have been saying in regards to how teams have a chance to bother us and and we have answers for that for that strategy, will you guys learn just to talk. We have a team that needs to free each other up. We don't have somebody. We're just gonna give it to Giannis and

he's gonna dance, So bloodsone. He's gonna dance. So watch Jabari. You know, Iso want a wing or Middleton? I want a wing. That's not who we are. Whatever we do, we have to get done as a team. We have to have violent cuts, we have to have adult screens, and we have to cut to meet him. Joel is the only real like let's give it to Joel and let him go to work and type of guy other than that. And so you need body movement and team movement. That's why we leave the end. BA passes we were

second and assist percentages. Somebody told me today Ben Simmons passes more than any play in the NBA and the past is king and so if if if you allow people to crawl into you with you know, no punishment, you know they can create that type of pressure and twenty six turnovers and uh, it's the same way with our defense. You know, you're not just going to roll up five stoppers. That's not who we are. We need team defense, we need team accountability. Everything is team with us,

and that's where we've been good. We really have a close knit group. But uh, you know, twenty six turnovers, which where this story started, is born out of those types of things. Yeah. Yeah, I mean we were in the bonus with eleven minutes left and you know, trying to maybe overdose Post and Joel, you know, they turned him over. We kind to slow down, We tried to play downhill and you know, take advantage of that period

of time. But you know it was to know sort of benefit because of the nine turnovers in the third period, and you know, like you just can't win. It's impossible to win, and lately we've been doing a good job. Tonight wasn't one of those nights since that one in night.

This was a bad night for your reserves. I mean because it seems like in the first quarter you took Ben and Dario out and then things fell apart, and then there was a point where Joe wasn't in there it had been and dartl in there with some reserves and things fell apart. I think it felt like that in the stats would say that I give Milwaukee way more credit than I look at the reserves. I think that if we're all, you know, sort of fair and reasonable,

you look at this game and like they're desperate. They lost four in a row, and they're a good team, and we needed to fight for forty eight minutes and we couldn't. We had two runs where we got up, you know, like in the first period of the third period, as we've just said, and there's some great basketball and great defense going on, and then you know, you blink and you get hit in the mouth and they take off. They take off with thoroughbreds, and they punished us in

Giannis was great. I thought that Jabari came in and really, you know, we didn't have much many answers for him, and I give Milwaukee credit. As Brett Brown said, Jannis

and a Kumpo did dance tonight. It was like the dance of a Havoc reaker thirty five points, nine rebounds, seven assists and two steals tonight, and he was big at the turning point of this game that was arguably the most dramatic when, as it was mentioned in the postgame press conference, the Bucks rattled off twenty one points in a row over the final six minutes thirty two seconds of the third quarter, and an Acumpo with twelve points during that stretch. He factored in two more on

an assist, and that turned the game around. The Sixers were leading by fourteen and all of a sudden, by the end of the third they were down seven ninety three to eighty six. This game, it's like it leaves you with whiplash the way the swings were put together at breakneck speed, so dramatically. The Sixers were leading forty three thirty one after one. They held leads of twenty points at thirty three, fourteen, and ten nothing going in

reverse order in that first quarter. They were also up seventy two sixty at the half and were able to widen the gap backup to nineteen points less than two minutes into the third quarter. But after that the turnovers really began to pile up as Brett Brown talked about, and Milwaukee was there to capitalize twenty six turnovers committed by the seventy Sixers in tonight's game that led to thirty six Bucks points one eighteen one ten the final score.

Sixers denied a chance to move into fifth place in the Eastern Conference endings instead as a result of tonight's lost, their record is thirty four and twenty eight, while Milwaukee moves to within a half game in terms of percentage points of the Sixers improving the thirty four and twenty nine. Tom McGinnis is up next. It's the postgame showing the Sixers Radio Network. Seventy Sixers got out to an outrageous

start in tonight's important Eastern Conference matchup. In the end, the Bucks turned the tables with a massive third quarter one eighteen one ten the final score. Brian Seltzer with you from Sixers dot Com. We'll get to Tom McGinnis in oh about ten seconds time. Now for the top of the hour station idea on the Sixers Radio Network, see home for the Philadelphia Flyers and the Philadelphia seventy six ninety seven five. The financial up and Burlington's Ladelf

broadcasting from the Xfinity Studio only from Comcast. A tough one to reconcile tonight, a mister McGinnis. It started so great, and then the Bucks very opportunistic making the Sixers pay for those turnovers, especially come the middle of the third quarter, right and just listening to coach real quickly there, that's right. I mean I literally forgot about this. But the Bucks they picked up those four fouls in the opening forty three seconds of the third and then fouled shortly thereafter,

and the Sixers were in the bonuses. He seven eleven minutes to go, so they were trying to get the ball down low, and you know, I think they might have gotten a little out of sync right there. But before we joined Coach Brown's postgame press conference, the first thing he said, it starts and ends with the turnovers. And he put forth the numbers and he said, and

that's it. Should I pull a pop and call it as that, and it's a no no, And he went on and again he's so generous with his time and so excellent in his analysis because it has to hurt because the Sixers. This was another you know, we said so many times over the course of the last few weeks. But huge game, and they had Milwaukee on the ropes, but they came out flying with haymakers. And I would almost say this like the Sixers start and how dominant

they were early. I didn't want to say because I want to put the whammy on the Sixers if that would ever matter. But like I think Milwaukee thought, man,

we better get going here. It's ten to nothing. They're up twenty later, Like I think that almost ratcheted up and how could it not their intensity and they came flying around and then so both teams scored the same amount of points in the second, so it was twelve at the end of three, and as Brett Brown said, then they built up the lead again and then a Denna Kompo just started making every play at both ends of the floor, whether it was doubling down and forcing

to turn over and beat and coming down and making a play at the basket or setting up one of his teammates. He just put his imprint at both ends of the floor. An amazing display, incredible drive and excellence at his skill set and that determination. He's their leader. He helped them put them over the top of this was a wild game that ends up with Milwaukee winning

by eight thirty five, nine and seven for Kumpo. I mean, it seemed like Tom the Sixers tried to do a lot of different things on him defensively, between switching early on Simmons and Covington, Bell and Ellie even it seemed like gotten the act. There was help, there was double teams. But like when he gets out in open court, which was what he was able to do down the stretch of the third, that seems to be where there's really he's so good, it's so tough to stop him in

those situations. Well, his length and athleticism, not unlike Simmons, is what makes him so great in that areas because he shoots like okay, like the medium range shot is much better than his three. He does not seem to put a lot of arc on his shots. And here comes Prett Brown. This group that I mentioned from Philadelphia's

over one hundred people, and they are standing. They've they've now come to the lower Bowl and they are all on their feet and coach Brown who went over and greeted some certainly friends of his, And now Coach Brown is coming over to talk to them. This is really unique. It happened a couple of years ago when the Sixers played at Brooklyn and now he's literally going to address the crowd. Your friend Kirk gey so Sixers dot Com is behind him taking pictures, so I'm sure you'll see

it on the website. But where or else have you seen this? And that is the head coach addressing a group of fans that I believe they would have to have bust here from Philadelphia. And he's smiling, and he's making them laugh, they're roaring. He was magnanimous after the game, saying that we'll learn from this, but certainly those turnovers had to be tough to take for the coaches and for the players, and that was a big part of why the Sixers lost. Seventy sixers follow the Bucks one

eighteen one. Certainly, though, I guess if we try to end this on a more positive polish, the start of the game from an entertainment factor was outstanding because those fans were just so terrific and stirring up the atmosphere, and it seemed like the Sixers really were fueled off that as they raced out to what was at one point twenty point lead. Yeah, and it was ten zip. It's almost like, I don't know if you remember Brian, but some of our older fans would, and that is, oh,

they've given a coach of mic here. I don't know, let me see if we can get this. Yeah. But the first thing he said, there's no fans like Philly fans, and they all responded. So that's pretty neat. But anyway, like Bill Waltz, the former forty nine Ers coach who passed theirs trust the process chanted in Unison, he used to chart plays and they would do like the forty niners would chart their first twenty five plays. And now Mark Zumoff is being recognized as well, and he's got

the microphone. Oh that's funny anyway, And that's what that first start of the game was for the Sixers. It seemed like, oh, let's get Dario three, let's get Joel inside, let's get covered three, let's get read at the three. And everything clicked. It was unbelievable, and they took time out and that kind of settled things and they got

back into the game. And then as we talked about the second half and the high turnovers for the Sixers, with nine alone in the third and you know, like Brett Brown said, they were doing a lot better at this but tonight was not one of these nine's. And you know, it's it's a shame because they've been playing so well. They had some great spurts in this game, but Milwaukee came back in a big way and they're right back in the hunt. Sounds like it's time for

a tack. T mac champ. We'll let you kitchen here for the final time. All right, thanks Tom, all right, Branko, night we eighteen one ten Bucks, massive third quarter turnaround to topple the seventy Sixers in an important Eastern Conference game. But really it's you know, if you step back, yes, this is staying loss for the Sixers, no doubt about it.

But how awesome is that that Brett Brown goes out after the game after a tough loss to acknowledge the hundreds of Sixers fans that flew on out to Milwaukee for tonight's game. We'll get to some highlights next. It's the postgame shown the Sixers Radio Network, seventy Sixers and Milwaukee Bucks, the opener of a four game road trip for the Sixers. Brian Seltzer with you from Sixers dot com. Let us get to some of the highlights, and a bunch of them happened within the first ninety seven seconds

of regulation. One on one for Joel Backing knocked his hand away and an underheads all too easy for it be Sixers on the board and coming to steals the ball A block in a steel by up to start. Here's Dario three balls in the air back Ben takes Hi, the lane wraps around JJ, lamp by Reddick and seven nothing touchdown for the Sixers. Ben Simmons into the night around his back, back out the Reddick three ball from thief JJ. Reddick gets up and good ten nothing time

out Milwaukee. It really was the perfect start. All the Sixers fans in attendance in Milwaukee and the team they came to, Roote four responded in kind. Ten zip lead ninety seven seconds into the game. Would only blown out farther from there with four minutes ago. In the first Janus off the screen by Zeller comes off with the right hand dribble throws up behind his back Zeller. It's black by Dario. Want a play by Annakopo, But Dario wasn't even better play and now he hasn't in the lane.

Dario the lamp up and good Dario, Sharks will not be denied. Scharge was phenomenal in the first quarter, scoring fifteen points. Perfect from the field, Sixers lighted forty three to thirty one after on the lead at one point was as big as twenty points in the opening frame. In the second, Milwaukee would make a comeback move on a twenty to eight run. They tied the game up

at fifty one. Middle of the second quarter, Sixer reserves with an answer right quarter Bellielli for three and it's good Marco Bellonelli deep catch makes it from the fire right quarner. Sixers go back in front with seven in a row fifty eight fifty one. They would lead at seventy two to sixty going into the half, and to start the third, the Sixers with another strong start to begin a half, Simmons on the drive. Simmons against Middleton backing, goes up with the right hands, cups it up in

show bust deed time out Milwaukee Sixes by nineteen. Simmons on a roll eighty one sixty two. Simmons was fantastic to start the opening of the second half, but then Milwaukee would begin to capitalize on Sixers mistakes. Charch hit a three point to make it eighty two. I make your pardon eighty six to seventy two with six thirty two to go in the third quarter. From there, the would score the next twenty one points to end the

quarter amazing. I don't know. Coopo had a saying fourteen of those twenty one points and it was ninety three eighty six bucks going into the fourth, Sixers were able to have one last gasp as it were middle of quarter number four on to move Simmons across bit court out to a trailer coming to shoot the three foot of the yark got it. Robert coming to drills a trifecta Simmons with its fourteenth assists and coming to beach their defense to the yard and knocks down his third

three one O two ninety eight. But the Sixers just could not hang on to the ball enough and Milwaukee was there to feast. But Deta Kooper with at one on one Dario guards of eight to shoot a Detak Cooper crosses over rises for two and the thirty four points for janis aDNA Kopo timeout Sixers. The lead has balloon to nine and a quick timeout for Brett Brown, and the final margin would end up being eight one

eighteen one ten. The final stats are as follow Sixers shot fifty five and a half percent from the field, the Bucks forty nine and a half percent. Six Ers fourteen three pointers. They were an even fifty percent from outside the arc Milwaukee ten of twenty three. The Bucks were fourteen of twenty two from the line, the Sixers eighteen of twenty two Milwaukee plus six on the glass. But as Brett Brown discussed all about points off turnovers and turnovers in general, the Sixers had twenty six the

Bucks fifteen. Points off turnover disparity was thirty six to eleven in favor of the Bucks. Anacoumpo the All Star tremendous in forty two minutes, thirty five points, fourteen of twenty three from the field, six of ten from the line, nine rebounds, and seven assists for the seventy six ers. Dario charch nine of eleven, four of five from outside the arc. He started seven for seven in the game. He had six rebounds as well. He scored twenty five

points in the game. Nineteen for Joel and bad He was six of twelve from the field, seven of ten from the line, to go with eight rebounds. Ben Simmons twelve points and fifteen assists, but six turnovers for him, seven for Embiid and five for JJ Reddick, who finished with seventeen points in the game. Marco Belinelli with ten points off the bench, Iliasova in his third appearance for

the Sixers with seven. There was just this is like kind of crazy for how big the swings were, but also telling there was this one lead change in the game. The Sixers led by as many as twenty, the Bucks by as many as fourteen. It was Milwaukee that took it in the end. With the loss, these seventy Sixers are now thirty four and twenty eight on the ear in. The leader of the Bucks for sixth place in the East is down two a half game up Next for the Sixers game number two of this four game road trip.
