You're listening to rewind, they'll listen back on press conferences, highlights and analysis from the seventy sixers previous game. And welcome to the Sixers post game show here on the
Sixers Radio Network. I'm Divine Givons with you. The Sixers falling tonight to the Toronto Raptors one o one ninety six, Sixers up ninety six ninety one, with really looking like a good chance to close things out as Josh Richardson with a mid range jumper to give them that five point lead, but then from there on out the Sixers went scoreless. Ten o run by the Toronto Raptors, so
miscused by the seventies Sixers. A tough final possession for the seventy Sixers, down to stretch for Tobias Harris getting a look for a three point shot, a double pump three point shot. Ben Simmons with the offensive rebound, not necessarily seeing what the shot clock looked like with the game clock remaining with five seconds to go in the game, heaved up a three pointer fading away from a deep distance and it really did not have a chance to
go win. Pascal Siakam with a pass from Marcusol, culminating in a dunk to finish the Sixers off one O
one ninety six. A really tough one to swallow as it looked like the seventy sixes we're gonna find a way despite the fact that Joelnba went scoreless on this evening within thirty two minutes over eleven from the floor, zero points, thirteen rebounds, four turnovers and five personal fouls in his action tonight against Marcusol on the road where they have now lost fourteen straight to the Toronto Raptors during the regular season in Toronto. Really a close one
this evening. It looked like that streak would end, but unfortunately they fall. They could not get things going down
the stretch. A ten or run once again. Ninety six ninety one was the score after Josh Richardson hit a mid range jumper and from their run opportunities for the seventy sixers, but Toronto really coming away better down the stretch getting victory and Ronde Hollis Jefferson, who was strong off the bench with sixteen point six of eleven from the floor, he gives the Sixers some trouble sixteen and ten on the evening, dating back to the playoffs a
season ago while still a member of the Brooklyn Nets, Ronde Hollis Jefferson really providing a spark and some energy for the Raptors tonight in the victory. And you saw it again this evening where the Raptors got the better of the seventy six Ers one on one ninety six. On the other side, we were here from Tom again has in highlight form as his games, as the highlights will call during the game in this loss, Sixers fall
one on one ninety six. Let's get to some of the highlights from the game, starting off with the seventy Sixers. Tobias Harris again a pretty good night overall, seven to seventeen from the floor, really getting it done all over the place. And this opportunity here in the form of adult drive by bad Fleet kick out to the airside Davis, he'll shoot for three at that top way short no good and Ben with a rebound dunk Kurt the Tobias Pete jams and with the right hand Siakam had a
stuck out of the way. A great feed by Simmons, really aggressive played by Tobias Harris catching that full court pass from Simmons and deciding not to lay it up but turn it over in dunk and of course good a good idea. With Pascal Siakam charging for the block, twenty one, seventeen Sixes leading at that point. As the game went along back and forth between the two teams, Josh Richardson once again playing very well, this time from dep ten seconds ago. We're dying to the final possession,
sixers by three. Josh Richardson's gonna get off a three ers in the air. Bang, it's good. He knocked down a triple thirty four twenty eight. After that triple by of course, that man, Josh Richardson is won three tonight. He had five overall on the evening, thirty four twenty eight sixers in front at that point, and that's that was the score. After one. We head to the second quarter. Really tough one for the seventy Sixes as the only
scored fifteen points in the quarter. Pascal Siakam hits a three right here, Hollis Jefferson will rebound Toronto and right across Ben Corter Ronday zix Zac him there sideline spittings away from Richard said into the lay, I don't over to the right corner of Siaka. Three ball for the raps is good pass kel Siaka with his second trade as Mike Scott comes back and counters Pascal Siakam with the three of his own six is ball Simmons out top,
crossing over on Hollis Jefferson over to Scott. Another three by Mike is good. Scott with a quick catch and the shot on Siaka. It was a good idea though right there from Mike Scott open take the three, drilling it for the seventy sixes that made it forty nine forty seven. And despite the tough quarter for five to seventy six to five of twenty three, two of thirteen from behind the three point line only totally fifteen points, they were only down at the half fifty one forty nine.
As we head to the third quarter. Starting off the third quarter, very aggressive Ben Simmons with the driving layup, Ben taking off the board. You're Simmons to the lenin right hand layup first, Gal and Simmons going in the day got a high screen by go out and beats and Ben Simmons ties the game at fifty one as if he were shot out of a Canadian cannon eight points and four assists in the quarter four Ben Simmons
to go along with two steals. At that point the seventy sixers right there, just really getting things going, and he comes back with the fifty three fifty three time on another layup. Josh Richardson with the three off the dribble to make it fifty six fifty six. Fred van Vleet very active tonight. No Kyle Lowry van Leet really finding his scoring touch here he is with a tough
layout because the play continues. Man Fleet in the Laine driving on a shot, Hey spinning reverse layup and then ben Fleet with nineteen and the robable field goal on Richardson that made it seventy eight seventy four. But Jay rich Josh Richardson once again answers shot Clocket Sex Horford against Sea Jabs tap dribble, move, cut off, still dribbling three to shoot cross Kip to their side. Richards a three ball. It's what a shop by Ruchard said. It's
a shot fock buzzer. Seventy eight seventy seven Sixes trail by one eighty one eighty after three Howell Netto steps in eighty three eighty one to give him seventy six. Is a two point lead. This is where it gets a little tough. The four free throws that Tom Aguinn has mentioned Joel and beat missing one. Josh Richardson foundling three point attempt right around the eight oh one mark of the fourth quarter, missing four free throws. They will come to play later on, of course, as we know.
As the game goes along for a concork mise right here with the three pointer. The Rafts with a driving basket by rookie Terrice Davis the second he's a double figures, they've got five guys, a double dischits fur Cod for three. Yeah, he got it. Knock it down. A triple from the top, his only again, his only three point on the night, one of six from deep four his nine points, four of ten from the field in fifteen minutes. That made
it ninety eighty eight. Feel Piladelphia in front. Big shot by Al Horford with the clock shot clock winding down to buyas Harris follows with a great steal on Fred van Bleek. It's a driving layup to make it ninety four eighty eight. Norman Powell with a tough corner three and a out of time out played by Nick Nurse to make it ninety four ninety one. Josh Richardson again
finding a good rhythm with the mid range jumper. Tight defense by the Raptors eight to shoot Joel one on one with Gasol picks it up top of the arc, goes to Josh Richardson from the wing. It's good on the buddies. Josh Richardson now nine field goals ninety six ninety one. At that point two miss free throws by Marc Gasol. Pardon me to later on ninety six ninety four sixes in front of offensive foul by Joel and Bead which turned the ball over. A tough turnover by
the seventy sixes at that point. And right here Pascal Siakam sixes with the advantage up by two. And here is Passiou Siakam with the spinning and to lay up in a foul Pascal Siakam, but tend to shoot out top. He has a couple against Horford Siako but the cross over Siakam spans end of the late that by a defender. He makes it that a foul. Simmons came to double Siakam, though able to buster that ball up over Simmons, over Simmons and Ebid gets the foul and won ninety seven
ninety six Raptors. A ten o run once again by the Toronto Raptors to close out the game. We mentioned the two passing opportunities from Ben Simmons to Tobias Harris on it looked like they were going to have a lay up opportunity on one where he did not put enough in the past and needed to kind of drill it to give Tobias Harris a chance to get the
layup up for an opportunity at the basket. And then in transition, when the seventy six is came away with the basket a lib that he left way too short, Tobias Harris never had an opportunity to catch it and lay up or dunk the ball, and they go down at the end of the game after a double clutch three point attempt by Tobias Harris an errant three point attempt by Ben Simmons with about five seconds to go, Marcasol throws it down court two Pascal Siakam for a
dunk opportunity to give the Raptors a one oh one ninety six victory over the seventy six ers at Scotia Bank Arena in front of a sellout crowd of nineteen thousand, eight hundred Sixers record falls to eleven and six while the Raptors improved to twelve and four on the night. A tough one two hours and thirteen minutes was the game time on the evening tonight high score game high
Pascal Siakam and Josh Richardson with the honors there. Twenty four points by Fred Van Fleet in thirty seven minutes and forty six seconds, nine to fifteen from the floor, three of six from deep, eight assists on the evening for the point guard for the Toronto Raptors. Sixteen points off from Chester native Ronde Hollis Jefferson in thirty minutes and fifty three seconds off the bench, shooting six of eleven from the floor. Gave you ten rebounds to go
with the sixteen points. A very good effort by him off the bench. Three assists to go along with the sixteen and ten points, no turnovers, great energy, great effort. Terrence Davis, the rookie from Old Miss eleven points on the evening, one of four from deep, five of eight from the field overall from him. Nick Nurse only went eight deep in his rotation this evening. So great run by his players tonight, posting once again six players in
double figures. The only one that did not hit double figures. Mark Gasol with his three points in thirty four minutes and thirty four seconds, did give you six rebounds and nine assists, two block shots and one turnover in that time on the floor. Very good defense again, as Tom Agains pointed out on Joel and Bid, the Sixers did put five guys in double figures tonight. Twelve points by Mike Scott off the bench, three of three from deep, nine points for fir Con Corkmas just missioning the double
figures by one point. Joe all Embiide once again a game that he's going to want to forget. Thirty one minutes and fifty seven seconds, zero of eleven from the floor, over four from behind the three point line, and o three from the free throw line, thirteen rebounds, five personal fouls, four turnovers. Not a great night for your all Star center.
I suspect that he will come back against the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night back here in Philadelphia at the Center and give you a better overall point production from the big man against that King's team that will come in with a seventy nine record after a one h three one h two loss to the Celtics on the road and the Kings of three and six away from Sacramento.
Tobias Harris eighteen points, Al Horford eleven and ten. Ben Simmons a one rebound away from a triple double ten points, nine rebounds, fourteen assists, one stat that he wants to forget him sure once again seven turnovers on the evening for the Sixers all star point guard six Ers fall
once again one oh one ninety six. They're back at it on Wednesday at the Center against the Sacramento Kings the day before Thanksgiving, so hopefully they can make sure they send all the fans home happy with the victory on Wednesday night.
