I’ll never forget the day I found myself in the doctor’s office and he said “Mister can’t you see? My response was “doctor my eyes, last night I didn’t get to sleep at all, can you just five me something to help me make it through the night. ! He then said,” I betcha’ by golly wow, no problem, I gotcha.” Whatever it was he gave me worked. I awoke after a sound sleep to the rockin’ robin letting me know that morning has broken. Look what you done for me doctor, your name may really be Vincent, but from to me you are now the candy man. Like the good doctor, a cowboy’s work is never done, and perhaps neither is ours as we jump into the fire that is the Billboard Top 40 from the Week of April 29st, 1972.
