Helping leaders motivate their people to a higher level of performance through strong human relations, team building and golachieving. This is the seven Minute Leadership Podcast with your host Paul fella Aledo.
Hello everyone, and welcome to this seven minute Leadership Podcast. It's episode three to twelve, and this is going to be another special episode for me. This episode marks the official launch of my brand new book, this seven Minute Leadership Survival Guide. And I know just two weeks ago I launched the Leadership Academy book. But let me tell you this book has a story. So some of you may remember back in twenty twenty one, I promised that this book would be out soon. Well soon turned into
a very long pause. I wrote the first version of the book during COVID, looked it over, I liked it, I didn't love it, and I kept coming back to it over the years because something didn't feel right. I wrote it quick during a bad time for the world. It didn't have the depth or meaning behind it. It just didn't hit the way that I needed it too. So in twenty twenty two, when I got my private pilot's license, there was a study guide I bought for
my private pilot Oral Exam. I love that book to this day, and while I was studying it, I knew I wanted to write a book with a similar concept, a book that no matter what page you turned to, you could get quick hitting info immediately. So I scrapped the first version of what I wrote in twenty twenty one, all of it, every word, every chapter gone, and I went back to the drawing board and ask myself, what do leaders actually need right now? What book would I
want on my desk during a rough day? What could I write that would help leaders across all industries, at all levels get through the noise and lead with clarity? And that Private Pilot License Oral Exam Study guidebook just kept coming back to my mind, and that's how the seven Minute Leadership Survival Guide was born again. It has five hundred fast reading, quick leadership hits, pearls of wisdom, my story telling analogies from over the years, cover to cover.
I'm just in love with how this book turned out. In fact, I was reading it today and highlighting several of my favorites to share with other leaders for a conference that I'm going to next week. This book is part of the growing seven Minute Leadership Library. If you've read the seven Minute Leadership Handbook or the Leadership Academy,
thank you, but this one is much different. It's built like a field guide, a quick reference manual, something you can pick up, fliped any page and walk away with something real, straight to the point leadership tips, no theory, just daily leadership tools to help you lead yourself, your team,
and your organization through the daily grind. I think this is going to be a great gift idea for coworkers or your boss at the office, or just put this in the hands of anyone you work with and ask them to flip any page and find something that makes sense to them. I guarantee they will, and then they'll flip the pages looking for more. It's that kind of book. The seven Minute Leadership Survival Guide is now available on Amazon for just twelve ninety nine paperback only, so no excuses.
It's priced low on purpose because I think leader resources should be affordable inaccessible to everyone. So whether you're leading a shift, running a company, or just trying to keep your head above water, I think this book is for you. I'm proud of it, and I stand behind every word, and I hope you'll grab a copy today. This has been the seven Minute Leadership podcast, and I thank you for listening.
