Helping leaders motivate their people to a higher level of performance through strong human relations, team building, and goal of giving. This is the seven Minute Leadership Podcast with your host Paul Fella Valedo. Hello everyone, and welcome to the seven Minute Leadership Podcast. It's episode one seventy five and I want to talk to you guys about some free stuff that will benefit any leader out there that's

listening. So it was the first podcast that I did of twenty twenty three, I think it was episode one forty two when I introduced the free stuff section on my website Paul Foulavalito dot com, and I had a small handful of some free PDFs that I had created and uploaded to give away to all of my listeners. So I've pretty much spent the last few weeks creating a whole bunch of new stuff to put on there, and so I want to

draw your attention to it again. If you just go to my website Paul foul vlido dot com and at the very top click on free Stuff, that's going to take you to a page now where there are ten different pdf leadership guides will call them that you can print out for free, no strings attached. All you do name email address and it'll get sent right to you. And don't worry about the email address thing. Look, I don't have I don't have an email list. I don't send out the follow up emails,

none of that stuff. I just don't have time for. It doesn't interest me. That'll get sent right to your email. You can download it, print it out, and I think every one of these you can print out and either hand to someone on your management team or sit down with your leadership team around a table and say, hey, let's talk about a few of these things and make sure that we're kind of like all in sync with each

other. So free stuff on my website. The first one you're going to see is the free fifty point Leadership Checklist, and this is a guide. Again there's fifty bullet points on there with different leadership things, and again this is a great discussion document to sit down with your leadership team and say, let's talk about these and make sure that we're all on the same page.

The next one that you're going to see is the free Effective Time Management for leaders Guide, and I think this is a great one that you can hand out. There's some great tips and tricks and pointers for making sure that your time management skills are being used to their full advantage. The next one, and this is the last podcast I just did. This is the leadership Hierarchy of Needs diagram that lists out everything that we need from bottom to top to

make sure that we're being fulfilled as leaders. And then the next one is very special. It's the Free Fundamentals of Leadership. And this is a twenty four page guide that I pretty much wrote out as a guide to hand to someone that just got promoted, that's coming into their first leadership role. This will take them from beginning to end of everything that pretty much they need to

know about the Fundamentals of leadership. Again, twenty four pages. Then the next one is the Basics of Leadership, and again this is another great starting point for new leaders. This is just a one page document, but there's some great bullet points and some great definitions on there. And then we'll go right down to the original seven minute Leadership challenge. This is that thirty one one day leadership challenge. This is what my book, my first book was

written about. This is where the whole seven minute leadership concept comes in. You take each one of these things, you pick one for each day. You focus on it for just seven minutes, and at the end of the month, you're going to be in much better leadership shape than you were. And then the next one, everyone loves this one. I think this one might be the most downloaded one on the free Stuff site, and it's the

Electronic Leadership Bag Checklist. And this is a guide of all of the top productivity apps that I have downloaded on my phone and on my iPad that just helped me with productivity and staying pretty much ahead of the game. The next one is my Speaker Kit Checklist, and this guides you through you know, if you're someone that speaks at conferences or trade shows or anything like that, you got to have three bios, right, You got to have a hundred word bio, a full bio, and a short bio. So this guide

you through the creation of those. And then the last two is your Define your Leadership Template, which again I think is another great discussion document that you can pretty much pull out and sit in the middle of the table and go around with your leaders and say, hey, what does leadership mean to you? And they can just go right through this guide. And then the last

one is also very popular. It's my original Eat the Earth Challenge calendar, which helped me lose a lot of weight and get as healthy as I could. When I created this back in I think it was twenty eighteen, So ten new things for free on that site. Go there, name, email address, click download, it'll send it right to you. And I hope that you guys can get a lot of benefit out of these. I had

a lot of fun creating this stuff. I'm in the process of creating some more that I'll certainly upload for you guys, and I hope you use them. I hope you have a lot of success with it. Love to hear your success stories and what you think of all of it. And until next time, this has been the seven Minute Leadership Podcast, and I thank you for listening.
