Clyde Lee denis here and today in our seven Good Minutes extra segment, we're diving deep into a powerful concept that can transform our lives. As you'll recall from this morning's episode of Seven Good Minutes, our thought for today is gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The essence of gratitude lies not just in a simple thank you. It's a profound appreciation for what we have without always

yearning for more. This sentiment, deeply embedded in various philosophical and spiritual traditions, is also backed by modern psychology as a key to happiness and fulfillment. Gratitude roots us in the present, acknowledging the value of our current possessions and experiences. It shifts focus from what's missing to the abundance that surrounds us. This perspective fosters positivity, enhances well being, and

cultivates a rich soil for growth and happiness. To incorporate this wisdom into our daily lives, start by maintaining a gratitude journal. Each day, jot down three things you're thankful for. This practice trains the mind to spot the good even on difficult days, fostering a positive mindset over time. Additionally, express your gratitude to others. Not only does this spread positivity, but it also strengthens your relationships and connections. Now, let's

reflect on a thought provoking question. How might your life change if you saw everything as a gift. Today's positive affirmation is I am deeply thankful for every small joy and every big blessing in my life. This gratitude fills my heart, guiding me towards contentment and peace. Let's remember, embracing gratitude doesn't negate the challenges we face. Instead, it equips us with a hopeful lens through which to view

our world, making our burdens lighter and our joys brighter. Remember, gratitude isn't just about being thankful for the big moments in life, but also cherishing the small, everyday blessings that come our way. Until next time, I'm clydly Ennis and this has been seven good minutes extra. If today's episode resonated with you, I've created something to help you take

the next small step. I've put together a series of better Habit guides designed for people who feel behind in life and won a simple, practical reset without overwhelm you can explore all of them at seven good minutes dot com slash Guides. That's seven good minutes dot com slash guides.
