Clyde Lee denis here and to day. In our seven Good Minutes extra segment, we're diving deep into the essence of gratitude with our thought for to day, a grateful heart is the best kind to have. Gratitude isn't just a practice, it's a perspective that shapes our lives and interactions. It's said that having a grateful heart means recognizing the abundance in our lives, focusing on what we have rather

than what we lack. This thought often echoes the wisdom found in various cultural and spiritual teachings suggesting that gratitude is a universal value that enhances our human experience. A grateful heart is like fertile soil. Just as fertile soil yields a bountiful harvest, a heart full of gratitude brings forth a life filled with joy, satisfaction, and contentment. But how do we cultivate such a heart, especially when faced with challenges or during tough times. The first step is

to start small. Appreciate the simple things. A smile from a stranger, the warmth of the sun, a comforting meal. These moments, though seemingly insignificant, are the building blocks of a grateful disposition. Now, let's ponder a question that might stir deeper insight. How would our daily lives change if we viewed every situation through the lens of gratitude. To help integrate this mindset into our daily lives, let's affirm, together with each breath, I invite gratitude into my heart,

enriching my life and nurturing my soul. In conclusion, nurturing a grateful heart doesn't just enhance our own lives. It radiates outward, touching the lives of others and making our world a better place. Remember, the journey to personal growth is not just about improving ourselves, but also about enhancing the lives of those around us through the power of positivity. Until next time, I'm Clydeleie Dennis and this has been
