These are all kinds of questions, but I'm gonna give you the five W's who, what, when, where and why, where do you even start? Let's go right

All right, because I have all kinds of playlists for you, that have been created for either body parts specific stuff, or either
mini workout series. So like five minutes, seven minute, eight minute 10 minute workouts just to get you started. Okay. So go over there, check it out, share the channel, because at the end of the day, it's all about community, getting the right people engaged involved in encouraging you. Okay, so I want to make sure that this content is smacking home who it starts with you. All right, then the day, this starts with you the
journey, yes. But you know, you might want to find a coach, you might want to find somebody to help you get started. So that way, you're doing the right things at the right times in the right place in the right order, and all of that, but at the end of the day, guess what? Just get started. Okay, so what is exercise, exercise is any form of activity that just helps you become better, stronger, faster, leaner, confident, all of those
things, okay. So you'll notice all of these things within yourself in a pretty fast, timely manner. Okay. So if you just get started, you will notice all these things about yourself, you know, so a lot of times with what's going on right now, people are feeling anxious, stressed out, and you know, they don't have control over a lot of things, the end of the day, you know, you can have control over
this. And if you just go for a little bit of a walk, or a little bit of whatever it is physical activity wise, you know, swimming, biking, using some resistance bands, weight training, whatever it might be, you know, you're going to, you're going to feel all of these things within yourself, you know, you'll be able to think clearer, you're going to be able to go out and attack the world better, and be a role model for others out there. All right, so who, what, when, when?
Right now? So let's get this party started. get this started? Get out there, start doing it. Do you need to have like the perfect time the perfect everything every stars need to align? No, just go do it. You know, yes, it's better to have a schedule. Yes, it's better to have a routine. And yes, it does actually become a habit. If you do have all of those things align. So at the end of the day, what is a habit habits are almost like mindless activity.
So at the end of the day, like you wake up, you brush your teeth, you do XYZ, there's so many things in your life that you don't even think about that you do, that doesn't even like cost you a lot of mental capability or energy, because you just are doing it in the same order every single day. You know, just get out there and do it and quit going crazy, researching it. And staying in this mode where you know, keeping you from taking action. So just biggest point I could possibly tell you is take
action, go do it. Alright, who, what, when, where, where it could be anywhere, can be walking out your front door for the first five minutes, just going out and getting in some exercise, joining the fresh air enjoying your scenery, enjoying your environment, it could be at home, you could do it in front
of the TV. If you're already watching Netflix, you're already doing something, pull out your like, you know, bike or pull out a treadmill or dust off some form of equipment that you probably already have at home, you know, or order jump rope, or just start just moving around. Like we do it standing up instead of you know, laying down watching TV. You know, it's just about doing it. So that's all when where we are house gym, garage, neighborhood pool, you
know, wherever it might be. So just go have fun and engage yourself in activity. All right, who, what, when, where, why? Why? Because you're going to feel better. You're going to be more calm. Read, you're gonna have more energy. Yes, all those things are true. Yes, it does happen. And the goal is to make it a habit. So do it every day. So go out there, have fun, and take something that you enjoy. And then do that with your exercise. So that way, you'll start to associate it with
something you enjoy. Okay? So instead of going, oh, man, I gotta go exercise for at least 510 2030 minutes today, you know, like, the attitude makes a big difference when approaching whatever it is you're talking about. You know, especially if you want to perform this, you know, you need to make this something that you need to do, then, you know, like I said, combining it with something that you do love already, and then making it into something that it
can be done together. Okay. So that's a great quick tip for you. Hopefully, you guys enjoy that and can make that happen. Okay, so I just want you guys to understand exercise.
