solutions. It's common. The time is here. New Year's resolution solutions, it's common. The time is here. New Year's resolutions, do you know 90% of the population set a new year's resolution goal? Do you realize that after the first week 23% already quit? And only 9% actually see their goal out by the end of the year? Do you realize that 81% of everybody watching this video, even if you watch this video, are going to fail? And your New Year's resolutions? How was your 2022?

How was your 2021? Did you do anything different from 2021? To 2022? Are you going to make any other changes from 2022 to 2023? Or are you just going to have another goal but not know how to attack it, it was broadcast versus BK PT broadcast with personal training, I'm not here to beat you up. I'm not here to beat you around and tell you that you're gonna fail. I want you to succeed. I hate when people don't succeed. But I know that they're not going to end with those statistics. It

breaks my heart. I've been coaching people since 2001 2000, to help people have success. Watching people struggle watching people overcome, but holding people accountable, giving them a roadmap, giving them a plan, helping them to understand themselves, what a goal should look like, how to have a roadmap to achieve that goal. And it's all dependent upon where that person is starting from also. So you have a goal where you're starting from all those things are

different your history. So if change is what you want, and change is what you desire. And you want this year to be different than all the years prior, then why not reach out? Why not ask for help. Why not work with somebody that has worked with 1000s of people just like you, who has not have success in the past have success using the motivation to create momentum, to create habits. And

then to conquer your goals. You think the reason that you fail or other people fail their New Year's resolutions, is because of the craziness at the beginning. All this whirlwind of madness of people going to gym starting all these programs, you know, everything's full, because 90% of the people out there starting new year's resolutions.

But guess what the gyms look like it's at this training facilities look like guess what all these things look like when at the end of the year, only 9% of them are less because only 9% of the people actually achieve their New Year's resolution goals. Pick this motivation, the motivation that you have, and the New Years, the new, the new year's motivation, what everybody has at least 90% of the people out there have, because of the fact that it's how many people set goals,

right. So if 90% of people have motivation to start, and within the first week, 23% drop off, they're trying to feed on an emotion and emotion, which is motivation, instead of creating a habit, trying to set habits in place, but not trying to fix too much at once. And let's just fix small problems building into the larger picture, which is your end goal. If you don't know what to do, if you don't know who to follow. If you don't know what to look for, then why don't you

let the coach sit with you. This means virtually on the phone face to face, however it might be it doesn't matter. Sit with you. Hear your needs, hear what's going on where you started, where you're at what you've done in the past, what you try what hasn't worked, what has worked, because even small successes are good. We just got to find out how you had a small success. And then what happened

also. So let's take what you know about yourself and what I know about fitness, nutrition, accountability, goal setting mindset, motivation, momentum, and those together, we'll have a very, very successful 2023 So all I need to do is here's your needs, where you're starting from what you're wanting to accomplish, what's worked, what's not working. Do you hear that? It's a personalized developed plan for you which at the end works so don't follow

and fine. Other people's plans and programs that work for not you but then and try to manipulate it to work for you and not have success again. Let's take the motivate vision and courage you have right now devise the plan that's going to work for you. So that way a momentum will take you to the end.
