Hey what's up my fitness family Brent Kasmer here with BKPT Brent Kasmer Personal Training. And I have a five minute workout for you right now I know I'm pretty this mini workout series for you. So that way you guys can lose belly fat, ie mediately. So everybody's got five minutes, everybody's got seven to 10 minutes. So that's why I'm assuming you have been asking for these. So this video, in particularly, yes, is using a barbell. So I'm gonna do six

go six exercises. So when you're choosing your weight for your exercise, you wanna make sure that is a weight that you could do for your weakest exercise. All right, so we have a front squat, a military press, we have a barbell bench over row, some push ups, rollouts, and chin ups. Yes, and let me tell you, this is a gut wrenching workout for five minutes. So before you start, make sure you've got your water, gotcha towel all set up.
Make sure you checked all your messages on your phone, you're caught up on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, whatever social media because when you hit this button, and you get started, you suck it up and you do this for five minutes. Okay, let's play maybe. Alright, so I hit this button five minutes. We're gonna run through all these exercises together so hopefully you guys enjoy all
right on your marks. Start your engines you set and go so we're gonna start off with some front squats All right, you're gonna borrow up to military press better rows push up rollouts to a wide array chat for right the chin ups now there's some extra belly work right there. You wrote those knees up legs out that's one round Hey in case you haven't figured it out that's what we're doing five reps ah like I'm getting closer to you
