So a lot of times it's work or gets in the way kids getting away, finances getting away time gets in the way. But guess what, it's because you feel like there's this mountain you have to climb. And there's all this energy that you have to pour into meal, prepping, grocery shopping, separating everything and counting calories, log and all this stuff. Oh, my God, you're already overwhelmed, don't click, that's why I'm here to teach you that you don't have to do all of these things. Or I'm actually gonna teach you how to do it more strategically. So that way, it's done.

I know, speed is king. Got it. If it's not sustainable for long time, which means the duration of your life, it's not gonna work. That's why fad diets don't work. That's yeah, you might lose a bunch of weight. Yeah, you might get in great shape for six weeks, 12 weeks. But if I teach you how to do all these things, nutritionally faster, so that way, it is easy. And you can do it, then doesn't that sound good.

For the week, on each day, if I could teach you how to do only the things you need to do in the gym, or outside? Wouldn't you want to know what the necessity things are. So that way, if you only need to spend, I don't know, an hour a week, two hours max a week working out? Isn't that sound doable? It's not? It is because now I've taken all these things that I've learned with all the clients that I've had and translate it into a success manual. Since I still don't understand it, Brett, please. I'm on the edge of my seat. Or stand what it really is why you feel like you have a better understanding of fitness, nutrition and how it's gonna help me. I know, it's all about you. I got it. I could suffer from it. I shouldn't say that's a bad word. I don't you suffer. I have deal with a disease called Stargardt's. There you go. It's a form of AMD which is macular degeneration. So therefore, my maculatus are gone. And I'm visual I

visually see peripherally, but I am diagnosed legally blind blind. So I know you're there. I know you're watching me, but I can't see the lens. So it's a pardon that, but don't let it take away from my sixth sense, which is fitness, nutrition and coaching individuals like you two things one, time does not slow down for anybody. If you ask my two children, who are eight and 11 years old, one of the biggest quote that I tell them all the time, time doesn't slow down, time doesn't stop. So everything has to be delivered. Everything has to be action oriented. And you just have to get it and run. All right. But what was important for you five years ago, 10 years ago, it's not that it isn't important still to you. It's just the fact that now you woke up and you realize that I've gotten successful with my business I've gotten successful with where I'm at in my career journey, and then feel like, I got a little bit of a grasp on this whole family thing. But now I look in the mirror and I don't even recognize myself. I let all of those things compile and take away from who I even feel like I am. But I have injuries, but I have ailments. But I have a disability. Well, guess what? Join a club.
