shred some fat right now. So, obviously got a five minute timer set up behind me, we're gonna go roll through these four exercises, five reps apiece, trying to keep a good steady pace, but at the same time keeping everything smooth and under control, you're not out of control during these workouts either. So these four exercises are going to be goblet squats, we're going to do single leg RDL, single arm rows, single arm bench presses. So you want to actually if you can grab a dumbbell that you can do the hardest exercise for you. And then that way all the other ones kind of can go through the
routine of it. But if you have the ability to just jump through different weights do that too. Why are we doing these off centered? Why is everything single arm because guess what, why? It makes you use your core
that much more. So same thing. It's all about core strength No, single leg RDL so if you need something to hold on to to stabilize yourself, do so when you do these. Drag it right down your leg up good control. Make sure you will balance five Hi. Other side more fat. Good Single Arm Row. So singalong bench press you could feel that cordon wrenched on all right, that puts us to the top
baby.
