What's up my fitness family Brent Kasmer here with BKPT. And it is another mini workout.
What's a mini workout. So these are little five minute seven minute 10 minute blips so you just have a little extra time and your day or at the end of your workout, you want a little something else, whether you're trying to lose belly fat, whether you're trying to cut up your abs, whether you're trying to work on your arms, you know, you do your workouts, and you can either add these in or just add a number of these in just kind of target all your different body parts along the
whole day or week. So here we go. We got a five minute workout to lose belly fat, and I'm gonna be using one kettlebell. Alright, and then even matches my shorts. I think that's kind of cool. We're gonna get a mini workout in using a kettlebell three exercises. And on your MOCs, you can do this with me. You can do this on your own, but it's 10 kettlebell swings, make sure you get that but into it. Well use your blood to throw it up and use your arms to throw it down.
It's a battle hot. That's why you get that core working right into the goblet squat. Holding in front of you. I like resting on my chest some people like to hold it by the bullhorns.
All right, and here we go burpee time you know are shredding belly fat getting those burpees in all right so the thing about these workouts too it's cool as you can see how many rounds you get in beat it but definitely don't lose once you set the bar so it doesn't mean take it easy the first time so that way the second time and times after it's easier to beat it hi yeah all right all right, round three burpee? Come on baby now it's time to roll over make some sweat angels. Oh my
goodness. Make the bad man stop. All right. Well you guys think everything you wish for holy. So that is a five minute workout to lose belly fat to feel better Fat losing. I kicked that belly fat butt. Alright. So three exercises, five minutes, losing that stubborn belly fat.
