get this thing started. There's gonna be three exercises, but pay attention because the repetitions change all the time. So we're gonna have fun, we're gonna do this, you're gonna have a blown out chest in five minutes. So if you're trying to hit the beach, you try and get swole for a certain event. Guess what this is wanting to do because it blows it up. Alright, stop talking brand stop talking. Show me some love. Give me some
likes, put in the comments. A chest workout that you did that blew your chest out of the water in less than five minutes. It's impossible brand it's impossible. Trust me it's not. Alright. So let's set this timer. We're gonna start off on an incline bench press five repetitions All right, right over here. We're gonna go to a cable chest fly. So we're gonna do this on a
decline. So coming down with it squeezing we're gonna do 15 reps getting a good squeeze on each one of those reps, right back to five all right now the next one is 40 Push Ups. Yeah, you heard me right 40 Okay, so if you don't make 40 Then you want to go ahead and just count the seconds that you have left I mean, reps that you have left in seconds to Yeah, that's 40 Now we're back to five reps again, on the batch. Oh my gosh, I'm dying
already. Okay, so if you didn't understand that, that means if you have 20 reps left on your push ups only go 20 seconds break before you finish those 20 out. Okay, so we're all taking that five minute break. Here we go. Good luck was close right to 15 Oh man, that was not buffering on your screen.
