And so if you listen to him closely, I think Tucker he's a good guy to listen to, understanding that he's not one hundred percent trustworthy. But the point of course is to sew division and make them not trust each other, hide crime by having classified things, to create a good fertile

ground for conspiracy theorists. And then later, wouldn't it be crazy if you use those conspiracies. Those theory is that you created with you and your cronies, right, and you're in your the culprits decided, let's use use these conspiracies, and we'll start exposing them so that we can usher in this new world order, this marks disorder. It's actually very genius and I wouldn't be surprised if they had

it planned this whole time. I also would argue that a lot of the conspiracies that are being exposed, as shocking as they may be and as vindicating as they might be for us conspiracy theorists, they are keeping us led away from like things that, like we talk about on this show, you don't see them really talking about We'll get into it, but you don't see them talking about the deeper aspects of some of this. Intriguing, they seem to be interested on the ideas of the

psychology of conspiracy theories. So let's look into this. Excuse me understand the individual level characteristics associated with conspiracy theory beliefs. It is vital to understand to addressing and combatting those beliefs. While researchers have identified numerous psychological and political characteristics associated with conspiracy theory beliefs, the generalizability of those findings is uncertain because they are typically drawn from studies of only

a few conspiracy theories. Here we employ a national survey of twenty twenty one of adults that asked about fifteen psychological and political characteristics as well as beliefs in thirty nine different conspiracy theories. So they went through all this and they whatever across. Okay, So the introduction conspiracy theory beliefs are associated with numerous societal harms, including vaccine refusal,

prejudice against vulnerable groups, and political violence. To lay the groundwork for development of effective and practical tools to minimize such harms, they're pretty much saying that we got to get after this because these people are gonna kill us. Okay. The growing literature has collectively identified dozens of individual level psychological and political factors that are correlated with conspiracy theory beliefs. However, the literature has developed in a piecemeal fashion, so they're

trying to bring it all together. Our central concern is the extent to which the previously identified psychological and political correlates of conspiracy theory beliefs vary in strength, direction, statistical significance. So they're saying that depending on the specific conspiracy theory belief being examined, it varies. So, for example, republicanism and conservatism are typically associated with the belief that Barack Obama's

faked his birth certificate. Such are finding reveals important details about the basic nature of burther beliefs, and could even be used to develop strategies to correct such beliefs. What the fuck does that mean? See? And this is why I want to show you. It's the mental gymnastics of we have to combat these people. And you could tell that this is more of a combat against people instead of trying to prove whether they're wrong or not. Do

you see what I'm saying? So it's very much of a combat against the psychological nature of a conspiracy theorist, and it's not let's get science involved and figure out if any of it's true. Whatever. So our research question asked, to what extent do the major psychological and political correlates of conspiracy theory beliefs fluctuate depending on the specific conspiracy

theory belief under consideration. To answer, we aim to construct empirical distributions of the effects of various political and psychological characteristics on a wide variety of conspiracy beliefs. A lot of shit. So let's see what they ended up coming up with. We don't have to go through all this, so they use different methods, some surveys, some dependent variables,

independent variables. You guys, remember science class. This is you know, I like to go to these actual well you know, it's kind of boring, but I'd rather go to this and read the literal, you know, scientific document. As much as they try to make sure we can't understand it, you can so. And you know, really, if you just go to the conclusion, you can skim through all that. But the conclusion really has what you want, and that's usually at the very fucking bottom. I think, what the

hell there should be a conclusion here? Footnotes, data availability, discussion, supermarine acknowledgements. Huh, they don't have a results. They call it results on here. Oh dude, this is stupid. Look at what they did, all right, So let's see we could do some of this. So we include the mean and standard of the deviation and distribution as well as the percentage of thirty nine cations. They try to make it hard. I mean, guys, if you know how to read a graphy, don't you go read this? And maybe if any of you know how to give a good breakdown to this, just don't want to do it live. I'm sure I can, but I just yeah, this is a lot. But this talks about dark triad traits and conspiracy think thinking being related like Machiavelianism, narcissism, and psychopathy. So that's great. Again, remember that psychology is

used to subvert humanity, and so us conspiracy theorist. You know, I'm just a crazy person saying that, right, I must be a narcissistic psychopath with Machiavelli tendencies. But I'm just saying, guys, this is a war on us, and not just us, but like everybody who wants to question the narrative, just saying and I'll prove that because as we go over here, we could look at the disinformation tactics knowing that the Smith Munt Act was legal, made legal, or made propaganda legal.

Let's get into the disinformation tactics that they use. They act like these are actors from like other countries, etc. Maybe like you know, some criminal, But I believe that they use a lot of these tactics as well. But let's just read what their definition of disinformation is. Disinformation actors use a variety of tactics and techniques to execute information operations and spread disinformation narratives that pose risk to

the critical infrastructure. Each of these tactics are designed to make disinformation actors messages more credible, or to manipulate their audience to a specific end. I believe that happens all the time in the media, That happens all the time with our president currently. We'll get into that they often seek to polarize their target, their target audience across the contentious political or social divisions, and they're making the audience

more receptive to disinformation. So, yes, people believe disinformation quicker than they'll believe the truth. We live in a world of an island because we try to give people the truth, but it requires so much context of you have to understand these families, they work together through banks and global orders. That way they can manu chess pieces around to bring

this and that, and it's a lot. People can't take all that into one It's easier to give them piecemeal disinformation over time, and then they just believe everything that they read on the news. So these methods can and have been weaponized by disinformation actors to generate threats to you as critical infrastructure. The Tactics of Disinformation series helps organizations understand and manage. Okay, cool, So this just gets

into this and why am I bringing this up? Well, I don't know if you guys saw this, but let me go ahead and bring that up because I feel like it's pretty important. Let me hold on here, because let me give some context, like why what are you talking about? Well, in twenty seventeen, Trump legalized unconventional warfare, which I had a lot to do with, like disinformation campaigns, QAnon and things like that. Right, and so whenever you see things like like this, hold on, ooh, that's too far.

We don't want to look at that yet. So when you see things like this, this cyber strategy he just released and we could get into some of this what this cyber strategy is. So this guy here says, the White House drops this cyber strategy bomb in twenty twenty six. It's promising to crush threats, but as you look in here, it hands the governments god like powers despise, silence and smash US civilians. They call it protection, but of course we know better. It's a blueprint for abuse, turning your

online life into a battlefield where you lose. But what they do is they're actually going after like propaganda agents, things like that. But as I'm going to show you in a minute, the people that are pushing more propaganda than anybody is the Trump administration. I'll show you that improve that as if you don't already know, but I'll prove that to you in a minute. Governments unleashes offensive cyber strikes, deploy the full suite of the US government

defensive and offensive cyber operations. Officials labor your tweet a threat, and the next they hack your devices, disrupt your voice, and there's no warrant needed. Your privacy gets shredded. Surveillance ramps up under noble banners as they are now. Strategy vows to fight authoritarian technologies that monitor and repress citizens. So pretty much, the FEDS are gonna use it on us,

track our every move and claim national security. Our data becomes their weapon and dissent gets erased, and trust me, that's where we're headed. So they want to expose and embarrassed destructive propaganda and unveil and embarrass online espionage, destructive propaganda and influence operations. But your hot take essentially is

gonna get tagged as subversion. Is what that means. Public shaming follows because they're talking about embarrassed online espionage, right, They're gonna destructive, They're gonna do it in an embarrassing way. Officials docs you kill you your credibility and free speech

See, so under the guise of a criminal infrastructure, they could freeze your assets, deem your activism criminal, and seize your bank accounts, ruin your life overnight. So this is something that we need to really pay attention to. I mean,

Now you might have seen this, so persuasive messaging to increase COVID nineteen vaccine uptake intentions, widespread vaccinations remain the best option for controlling the spread of COVID nineteen and ending the pandemic. Despite the considerable disruptions the virus has caused to people's lives, many people are still hesitant to RECEIVA vaccine. Without high rates of uptake, however,

the pandemic is likely to be prolonged. Here we use two survey experiments to study how persuasive messaging affects COVID nineteen vaccine uptake intentions. So, in the first experiment, we test a large number of treatment messages. One subgroup of messages draws on the idea that mass vaccination is a collective action problem and highlighting them pro social benefit of vaccination or the reputational costs that one might incur if

By judging those who do not vaccinate, vaccinate more negatively. They apply social press or to others to promote cooperative behavior. This would be consistent with theories of cooperation like indirect reciproc rest Sorry guys, I can't talk tonight, reciprocity or partner choice that rely on free free riders being punished or ostracized for their past actions to encourage pro social outcomes. So yeah, pretty much use the herd so we have

self interest. Stopping COVID nineteen is important because it reduces the risk that you could get sick and die. Even though it doesn't COVID nineteen kills people of all ages, even for those who are young and healthy. There is a risk of death or long term disability. Remember, getting vaccinated against COVID nineteen is the best, single best way to protect yourself from getting sick. That's not true, it's
