Episode description

Law enforcement officials doing the right thing happens on a day to day basis. There are people who don't see it this way therefore we can't disclose the identity of our guest this week for his own protection. There is a lot that goes into policing today's streets. You have to understand the environment that you are operating in. You need to understand that people are looking at you to see what you are going to do. It's not easy being in the fishbowl therefore we speak to this man and see what it is like being in it.

We go over growing up in an urban neighborhood and how that helps when dealing with individuals on the job. We go over fitness and the roll it plays in doing this tough job. There is a lot of judgment on how these men and women conduct business, but one thing that most don't know is how they do this on a day to day basis.
