Podcast 16: Michael Glover American Hero

Mike Glover is an American Hero. He served in the US Army for 18 years. He was a Sergeant Major and served in the United States Army Special Forces for most of those years. When he left active duty for the SF Reserve Unit he worked as a contractor for other government organizations. Mike is an expert in Counter Terrorism, crisis management and security. Mike is also the CEO of Fieldcraft Survival and therefore runs the Fieldcraft Survival Podcast (which I highly recommend).

We go over his service, the Keto Diet (Lifestyle), there is a lot of misinformation on the Keto diet and Mike goes over what it is in detail. Mike and I also go over how he started Fieldcraft Survival. He is very knowledgeable and has great insight. In today's day and age athlete's and celebrity's are praised and idolized when guys like Mike should be.
