Duncan, M.Ed., LPC is the founding CEO of a non-profit ministry, where she has served for over 27 years.  Holly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Master's degree in Counseling. She served as a national consultant with Focus on the Family for 6 years and is the author of “Now What”, a relational booklet published by Focus on the Family. Her many years of experience in non-profit work, leadership and consulting make her a sought-out speaker for professional development events.  Her specialties include crisis counseling, team leadership, board governance, executive coaching, and strategy.
