Hi, I'm James lo Junior. I am fifty four years old. I just turned fifty four years old six days ago, well at this point, maybe eight days ago or whatever. May ten. I was born May tenth, nineteen sixty nine, at ten ten pm A lot of tens. This is show is called fifty plus. And if you don't know me your first time when across this, Hi, nice to meet you. It's about issues that are over fifty on the shows sometimes but most of the time. UM, and you're meeting me, So Hi, Why do I talk about age?
Because first of all, I liked you. My friends, my younger friends talk about my age all the time. Of course, how they do call me ancient and old stuff. That's fine, that's what that's what. It's all good fun to bother me. But in some parts of society, need some parts of Hollywood, talking about age or real age is for boating. There are folks tell me I shouldn't talk about age. I shouldn't bring
it up. There are folks who say you look good and they go course for the black drunk crack thing, which I have seen some black that does crack. He depends jeans, play good part living? How you live lots of water, and moisturizing your face does help. I have good jeans. I get to my mother, I see her side of family, they look good. But I have streak, lots of water, and I did have a heart. I've had a very interesting life, but I try to moisturize
all the time. But I saw about age because there are things a lot of us in my generation and older. We're living longer, and we're living broader lives and anything it is flying ammy. We're living broader, wider lives. And I just want to be an example of someone who might be around my age or any age who goes. I want to try that, but I'm not going to do it as too old or or I look sillier to
no ryot do it. Most of what I'm doing today, which is in the entertained field, also being an entrepreneur, being a life coach or an organizer, post musician, songwriter, spoken word artist, arthur, author, director, producer, writer. Also came into fruition in my forties and fifties. Every couple of years or so, I add something new to the list I want to try, and I just want to be this example that you know Cemattic just try. I try to help professionals, love people out there
and amateurs out there who want to try things. It's not a possile. We are in a world nowadays where you could do anything anytime, any age, just about seriously. And I know from my group they the nineteen sixty nine ers, it's a bunch of us from Jennifer Lopez or folks who are in my group of almost midfield, well guess mid fifties, from level anywhere from you know, I said, Jennifer Lopez from right, Carrie, and
a bunch of others. They're out there who are just you know, we're all out there living our lives and doing it and still producing new stuff. I have friends you will say to me that they you know, I've always wanted to blink, and they know me. I'll be like, do it. I wish i'd try. They do it. You know. There are some things about getting older that are true, right, some some pamale things
our bodies sometimes or things that happen. But as I get as I reflect on this birthday, I realized that age is a care be a great thing. I mean, I'm glad to be older when I want to be younger today. No things. I'm happy with the age. I app it happens so fast. I'm telling you guys, happen fast. But there are things
that we assign to age that are unnecessary. We're not completely truthful or don't really matter, but we assigned we as society at large, and you know, assign them to age m but there really is no I mean, I was looking at the Martha Steward being any one to cover as farts illustrated. That doesn't do anything for me whatsoever. But your true why not? You know, it's it's kind of a policy stunt and everything. But I listen
to her talk and her reason for it. She says, it just show people that he can still be sexy and sophisticated and still look like a knockout in your eighties. I saw the pictures and she looks pretty much like herself. Of course, there's some few things here and there, but she looks like herself for the most part. I I have an aunt who's lorder than I am, and who do still dreams, still does stuff, still have aspirations. Your dreaming should never stop. They're doing. It's up to you
if you want to continue doing whatever your dreams are. When your dreams come to do it life as I'm hurting, it's I get older too. One of the things about Whistle getting older, you know how life works for most part, you know how to run how it can be. And it's like, well, I want to accomplish some things. I'm not dead yet. There's things I want to do and so for me, I'm gonna do them.
So if the folks who are sitting at home afraid to start, I do have some classes on that to you to help you start those are you just in general just like I'm not gonna do this. And I talked to Fred recently and I just talk just like, should I do it now? Yes, you have a time, now do it whatever it is. You're always gonna see me trying stuff all the time, and it's like the education should never end until your dad. I look at still like that I might
here to be. I'm not a major guru. I don't you know. I'm a life coach, but I just I don't go on on to media and try to impart all of my wisdom to the world and follow me. I'm gonna be the one to tell you everything. But every much, I'm gonna come on here. Just tell you I could be an example of anything, and that is I'm gonna do what i'm gonna do for as long as I can do it, and I encourage you to do so whatever that is. And don't be a Freddie r age, just say it. It's okay,
let's be fine. Lifetock gonna fall apart, it's gonna be okay. And I'm James A Junior and I'm fifty four years old. This is fifty plus and I'll see you. I talk to you next time.
