3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz triple sec
1 1/2 oz Barbados rum
After squeezing the lemon juice, rub the rind around the rim of a cocktail glass, then coat the rim of the glass in sugar. Shake the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into the cocktail glass.
