Using an international driving licence in the UK

An international driving licence is only valid in the UK for 12 months unless it's from an EU country or a country from the following list:

• Australia
• Barbados
• British Virgin Islands
• Provinces and Territories of Canada
• Falkland Islands
• Faroe Islands
• Hong Kong
• Japan
• New Zealand
• Monaco
• Republic of Korea
• Singapore
• South Africa
• Switzerland
• Zimbabwe
