How'd you how'd your feel out here?

Speaker 2

Just a couple of days not full good, body held up good. I played pretty much the exact amount of snaps we were hoping for, and the three and outs kind of helped me not go too hard early. But the body felt great. That was the number one thing. And uh, the wins. Wins always nice about thirty five, I think so, Yeah, I mean, you want to win a game. It's not about a message, not a statement, but to do it the way you did it here to open the season, do you feel like there was

a little message that. Yeah, I mean to do that for Steve his first first time out here, to set the tone with however many three and outs we had, and I think it's just a great, great thing to propose forward.

Speaker 1

Yeah, that's all.

Speaker 2

I mean.

Speaker 1

You know that opener in in in Tampa and nineteen you had that nice line and I just sad the tones for the rest of that season.

Speaker 2

Yeah, I didn't think about that, but you'd love to get a good start. We had five sacks today as a d line, so Chris was definitely happy. Drake broke out, which we were expecting. So we just have so many players and it's fun to watch how you do his thing and Purty shut some haters up. So it's it's nice to be on a really good team.

Speaker 1

Mentioned Spring, how much and harder if you could get that interior push again. Did do you feel that immediately like a quarter, how different it is?

Speaker 2

Yeah, I mean we would watch him with Philly, and I think between him and Chris Jones and obviously Aaron Donald, it's pretty close on who affects games as much from the inside, and to add him with Eric it's gonna help us on the edge a lot. You have seen them, Yeah, I was watching tape throughout the holdout, and I mean it was clear as day that he's made strides and his work ethic and his preparation and and all of

his moves out there. He's really been detailed and put on some weight and he's still moving like he moves, So it's gonna be dangerous.

Speaker 1

Are you specifically talking about one thing?

Speaker 2

I think whenever a guy comes back from from an injury and people kind of give him, they don't expect him to make another leap in the second year. I'm just happy for him. He's exactly who he thought he was. Yeah, you definitely need to prove people wrong and show that you're the same player. And I'm just happy he got an amazing recovery. I think it was quicker than anybody expected. Uh So he was able to get raps throughout the off season and he's definitely a good leader for us.

All Right, thank you, said travels By.
